Puppyka Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy describes how Lambda-Phi, located in San Jose, CA, handles information in Puppyka. The Puppyka website and its forms, including program applications, are covered by the company privacy notice and terms of use. Questions about this policy go through the contact form.

Invitation requests

When you request an invitation on this website, we collect your email address, answers, original and submitted program selections, and available referral or campaign identifiers. We also keep confirmation and delivery information and records used to prevent abuse. Service providers help us process requests and deliver email. Lambda-Phi uses this information to confirm your email, review your request, follow up with you, and protect the request service. Requests do not create a product account, grant workspace access, or start paid service. Do not include confidential transcripts or attachments in your answers. The company privacy notice also applies.

Accounts and connections

The information Puppyka receives depends on the sign-in method or integration you use and the permissions you authorize. It may include account, profile, authentication, and other information made available through that connection. We use this information to identify your account, manage access, and provide the connected features you use.

Content you share

Puppyka handles content you submit or share, including any personal or confidential information it contains. Sharing a session includes its existing content and subsequent additions. Share only what you have authority to disclose.

Workspace visibility

Workspace members can see other members' account and profile information, including email addresses. They may also see information associated with workspace invitations, including invited email addresses. Content you share is available to workspace members, including those who join later. Members and the third-party tools they use may retain or process that content under their own terms, outside Lambda-Phi's control.

Usage and analytics

We collect usage, device, log, diagnostic, performance, interaction, and analytics information. These records may be associated with your account, workspace, device, or other identifiers. Collection methods may include cookies, software development kits, or similar technologies, depending on the features you use and any permissions required.

How we use information

We use information, including submitted content and usage information, as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, support, analyze, improve, and develop Puppyka, communicate with you, carry out your instructions, enforce our terms, and comply with law. Where applicable law treats a disclosure as a sale or sharing of personal information, we provide any choices required by that law.

Other recipients

We may share information with service providers, contractors, affiliates, and other parties as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, where permitted by law.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including operation, security, improvement, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records. Retention periods vary by the information and context. Backups, archives, and deidentified or aggregated information may be retained where permitted by law.

Your choices and requests

Requests for access, correction, or deletion go through the contact form. Stopping use does not itself delete information already held. We may retain information where permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, archive, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes. We cannot control copies already held by other members or third parties. Your rights under applicable law remain unchanged.

Security

Lambda-Phi uses reasonable measures to protect the information it holds. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes and contact

Lambda-Phi may update this policy as Puppyka changes. The date above shows the latest revision. The rest of the agreement is in the Puppyka Terms of Service, and the website and its forms stay under the company privacy notice. Questions go through the contact form.
